We ship Wednesday-Saturday from September-April
Orders placed by 2 pm PT Wednesday-Saturday will be shipped out the same day*
Orders placed after 2 pm PT Wednesday-Friday will be shipped out the next business day**
Orders placed after 2 pm PT on Saturdays will be shipped out Wednesday the following week**
*Exceptions may apply, the above timelines act as a guideline for all processing times.
*If you choose express shipping on a Friday or Saturday your order will ship the same day/ Saturday.
All products ship from our Squamish, British Columbia, Canada warehouse.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is received, an order confirmation with shipping tracking number will be sent to you.
Courier
We offer multiple shipping options via Canada Post and UPS.

Transit Time
We cannot guarantee shipping times stated at checkout as Once the product has left our facility and you have a tracking number, we are at the mercy of the courier. Please keep in mind that bad weather, labor disputes, holidays, political unrest and other world events may slow down the transit time.
What If You Did Not Receive Your Package
In the case that your packages shows that it has arrived at the destination, but you don't have it, check with your family members, loved ones, neighbours. or roommates. 9/10 times it's there somewhere. Remain calm. If it does not turn up, we have to open an investigation with the courier and this can take some time, so please be patient. New product will NOT be shipped out until the investigation is completed.
Duty & Tax
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and are subject to Customs fees when delivered. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.
