Where are your headquarters?
Our head office is located in Squamish, Canada, half way between Vancouver and Whistler.
Where are your products made?
Our bindings are made in our own facility in Southern China. Our climate controlled facility allows us to control every step of the production process from injection to assembly. The only components that we use external suppliers for are our stitched straps as well as our aluminum casting.
What are your bindings made out of?
We use regrind free injected nylon with glass fill and cast aluminum buckles.
What year did Fix start?
We started in 2014.
What is the warranty policy?
We offer a lifetime warranty on both the base trays as well as the buckle assemblies. We have a 1 year limited warranty on all other parts. In order to be eligible for our warranty program, you must be able to provide proof of purchase and must clear our system that you have not made a claim on the same product in the past. Fix Bindings Inc reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its discretion.
I have a warranty related issue. What is the process of getting a replacement part?

2. A brief description of the issue and how it was caused.
3. Where you purchased the bindings as well as proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
4. The model, size and colour of your binding.

The bindings don’t look the same as on your website as they do in person. Why is that?
Computer monitors vary in how they display colours. Additionally, lighting during our photo shoots may mildly affect how the colour displays. We do our best to display colours accurately.

Where does the product ship from?
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and are subject to Customs fees when delivered. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.
I ordered from your online store and I need to make a return. What do I do?
Contact us at email@example.com and provide the order number as well as the reason for the return and one of our customer care staff will get back to you with instructions. Please note: You have 30 days from the day it's received to return your item. Product must be un-used and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping and re-shipping of a new item (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer.
Do your bindings work with the Channel System or the 3D hole pattern?
All Fix bindings with the exclusion of the Starter kids binding are compatible with both the 4x4 system as well as the 2 hole slider style system. Hardware is provided in every box for both systems. The Starter binding is only compatible with the 4x4 hole pattern. Fix bindings are NOT compatible with the older 3D (3 hole) legacy hole pattern.
