General FAQ
Where are your headquarters?
Our head office is located in Squamish, Canada, halfway between Vancouver and Whistler. Right in the buzz of the Coast Mountains.
Where are your products made?
Our bindings are produced in our own facility in Southern China. Our climate-controlled facility allows us to control every step of the production process, from injection to assembly. The only components that we use external suppliers for are our stitched straps and our aluminum casting. All Fix products are designed on the West Coast of Canada.
What are your bindings made out of?
We use regrind-free injected nylon with glass fill and cast aluminum buckles. We also use cast aluminum heel cups for a few bindings models.
What year did Fix start?
We started in 2014!

But FIX, I didn't receive any stickers!?
If you didn't receive any stickers we are likely out of stock. We hand make every sticker in our BC warehouse, meaning each sticker takes love and time to get to you
If you did not receive any stickers you are welcome to send us a self-addressed and stamped envelope and we will mail it back to you with stickers when we have a healthy stock to pull from. Below is the address for FIX HQ.

How do I Adjust my Toe/ Ankle Straps
it is super important your toe and ankle straps are adjusted correctly. it prevents unnecessary wear and tear on your boots, comfortability within your bindings, and helps prevent ladder stripping or slipping due to over adjusting
There and 2 primary adjustments for your toe and ankle straps the lateral and verticle adjustments.
*You will need to have your binding off of the snowboard. You will also need the dampening pad removed
Toe: For your lateral adjustment, ensure your straps are open. From there you should be able to firmly grip the toe adjuster/ladder and push downwards with pressure. You will feel pressure release as it has now come out of its slot. from there you have 2 adjustment options you can have it sit more towards your heel if you have smaller feet, or more towards your toe if your feet are larger
Toe AND Ankle: For your verticle adjustment, you should have your boot in your binding. You will want to make sure both the adjuster and ladder straps are done up. You will want to slowly adjust your adjuster strap and ladder strap bit by bit on each side. This should ensure the ladder and adjuster straps have an even amount of extra strap showing on either side.
How To Properly Adjust Ankle & Toe Straps On Your Fix Bindings
How do I Remove my Footbed
Knowing how to remove your footbeds is crucial, whether it's for on-hill adjustments, mounting, or replacing, we've got you covered here.
You will need to remove your bindings from your board to remove your footbeds. Once your bindings are off your board and in your hands you can flip them over and you will see 4 slots/ holes where the EVA footbed clips into. This is going to be a pop-push-pop method. You are going to start by grabbing the toe of the binding and pulling up firmly until you hear 2 pops, you can flip the binding over to confirm they have released. If you are just mounting or adjusting your hardware you can stop here. From there, you will push firmly on the EVA footbed to slide the rear clips back until they can be popped out. Again, you can flip the binding over to confirm this. Next, You will grab firmly on the heel of the EVA footbed, pulling firmly up until you hear 2 pops.
See our Mounting video HERE for more in-depth instructions.

How Do I Replace My Toe/ Ankle, Ladders/Adjusters
Purchased a new set of ladders for a new season, and not sure how to change them? We've got what you need right here. See our Youtube video HERE for more in-depth instructions.
For fully injected base trays
To replace your ladders, you will need; a pair of pliers and a small screw with a matching screwdriver. If changing your toe ladders/ adjusters, your binding will need to be off your board.
ANKLE: Ensure your straps are off, and just the ladders and adjusters are left. To start, you are going to fold the highback down. You should see two black plugs on the inside of the heel cup, which were covered by the highback. You can then start screwing the screw into the hole of 1 of the black plugs at a time. After the screw has been screwed in a few turns and feels sturdy, you are going to grab your pliers and pull on the screw until the plug pops out. From there you will grab the ladder/ adjuster and replace it with a new one.
TOE: Ensure your straps are off, and just the ladders and adjusters are left. From there you should be able to firmly grip the toe adjuster/ladder and push downwards with pressure. You will feel pressure release as it has now come out of its slot. From there you will be able to put new ladders and adjusters in.
For aluminum heel cup base trays
To replace your ladders, you will need; a Pozidriv #3 screwdriver or a Phillips #3 will work as well. If changing your toe ladders/ adjusters, you will need your binding off your board and your dampening pad removed.
ANKLE: Ensure your straps are off, and just the ladders and adjusters are left. Grab your Pozidriv screwdriver and begin unscrewing the screws located at the bottom of the ladders/ Adjusters. This will also be how you adjust your highback and heel cup
TOE: Ensure your straps are off, and just the ladders and adjusters are left. From there you should be able to firmly grip the toe adjuster/ladder and push downwards with pressure. You will feel pressure release as it has now come out of its slot. From there you will be able to put new ladders and adjusters in.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are fulfilled from Squamish, BC, Canada. We offer multiple shipping via Canada Post and UPS at the moment. we cannot guarantee shipping times stated at checkout as once a package leaves our facility we are at the mercy of our couriers, holidays, strikes, weather, and world events. Orders shipped via UPS may arrive on Saturdays.
*carriers may vary from carrier stated at checkout depending upon shipping type and destination.
What if I don't receive my package?
In the case that your package shows that it has arrived at the destination, but you don't have it, check with your family members, loved ones, neighbors, or roommates. 9/10 times it's there somewhere. Remain calm. The next step is that we strongly recommend contacting the courier with your tracking number. They will have specific information on where the package was left. If it still does not turn up, please get in touch with us, and we will open an investigation with the courier. This can take some time, so please be patient. New products will NOT be shipped out until the investigation is completed.
Do you ship to my country?
You bet! However, we only offer free shipping on all North American binding orders.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O boxes. UPS is our primary shipping partner, and this is their policy. Bindings are big. P.O boxes are not. Many P.O. boxes located in rural areas do not have a physical address at which packages can be left. This leaves you waiting for your package to be returned to us, shipped back out, more shipping fees, and greater potential for lost packages. Should you still choose to enter a P.O box as your shipping address, and the package is returned to us due to a delivery failure, or failure to pick up from the post office in a timely matter, any new shipping fees will fall on you, the customer.
I Need to make a change/ cancel my order.
We try to ship all orders out in a timely matter. This means we don’t always see your request to change your order until after it is shipped. We do our best to check emails before shipping; however, it is not a guarantee. Your best bet is to email support@fixbindingco.com with your Order #, Name, and date it was placed as soon as possible after placing your order. This is the best bet for our staff to see your requests before shipping your item. If your order has shipped already and you need to make any changes, you will have to receive the package and follow our Return Page here (this will be a hyperlink).
*Anyone requesting an Order Cancellation after an order has been placed will need to wait until payment is processed on our end. If paying with PayPal, this can take up to 5 business days.
